From Google play store
Download Directly Here

>>Goto Connection Settings and tick Enable Proxy
>>In Proxy Host type 10.199.212.2 and Proxy Port type 8080

>> Tick Enable Header Tweaking
>> Click Choose Tweak Type and Select Host Replacement and click OK
>>Type www.game.mtnonline.com in Injection Host

Go back and select VPN in Set Connection Mode.

Start your Netloop and feel the speed.
